Pour sa première édition, Afric’ Start Innov ESCP Europe lance un challenge pour identifier 40 entreprises innovantes qui seront invités le vendredi 17 mai prochain à un événement exclusif, en marge de Vivatechnology, dédié à l’attractivité entrepreneuriale du continent africain.
Parmi les 40 candidats retenus, 5 seront sélectionnés pour pitcher et gagner l’un des 5 Trophées de l’Afric’ Start Innov ESCP Europe Challenge 2019.

Au total ce sont plus de 10 partenaires qui se mobilisent pour ce nouveau rendez-vous : EY, Blue Factory, ESCP Europe Business Angels, African Business Club, Cian, Club Efficience, Green Space, Medef, Merck, Michael Page, Reage, African Business, Africapresse.paris, Ciomag, Le Point Afrique.
Critères de sélection :
> votre entreprise est déjà en activité et connait une forte attraction en terme d’utilisateurs et de chiffre d’affaires
> votre entreprise propose une innovation sur le marché africain ou qui peut y être déployée
> le potentiel d’universalité du business model
Jury : Le jury est composé de l’ensemble des partenaires de l’événement (VIP et Fonds) et coordonné par le Club Business Angels de ESCP Europe et la Blue Factory ESCP Europe.
Etapes de sélection : l’appel à candidature est ouvert jusqu’au mardi 7 mai 2019 à midi et l’annonce aux candidats sélectionnés sera faite le vendredi 10 mai 2019.

For its first edition, the Afric’ Start Innov ESCP Europe is launching a challenge to invite 40 innovative startups on May 17th 2019 to an exclusive Vivatechnology side event dedicated to the African entrepreneuriale attractivity.
Among the 40 selected startups, 5 will be choosen to pitch during the event and win one of the 5 Trophee of the Afric’ Start Innov ESCP Europe Challenge 2019.

Selection criterion:
> The company is already operating and has a strong traction in terms of users and turnover
> The company proposes an innovation on the African market, or an innovation that can be deployed over there
> The potential of the Business Model
Jury: The jury is comprised of all partners of the event (VIP & VC) and coordinated by the Business Angels Club of ESCP Europe, and the Blue Factory ESCP Europe.
Selection phase: The Call for applications open until Tuesday May 7th 2019 at noon and the selected candidates will be announced on Friday May 10th 2019.
